Commission Sales - Shoes - The Sono Collection

Summary
Provide personalized shoe-shopping service and product expertise to help customers find footwear that meets their needs. Build customer relationships, deliver a welcoming experience, and achieve personal sales goals in a fast-paced retail department.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide honest style and fit advice.
- Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, digital tools, follow-up, and customer enrollment.
- Meet personal sales goals and maintain current product and trend knowledge.
- Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory counts.
- Support teammates and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
Requirements
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
- Goal-oriented approach, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a team-first mindset.
- Comfort with technology and digital selling tools; ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
