Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specialized in Home Health services in Medford, OR and surrounding areas. This position involves providing skilled occupational therapy care to patients in their homes, focusing on improving functional independence and recovery. The start date is set for October 19, 2026, with a scheduled shift of 8 hours per day, totaling at least 40 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour days with a minimum of 40 hours per week, starting from 10/19/2026 and ending on 01/18/2027.
• Required Qualifications: 1 year of skilled home health experience, valid state license (compact license must be in hand at submission), BLS certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with acute care, Activities of Daily Living, biofeedback, cardiac rehabilitation, edema massage, electrical stimulation, feeding techniques, TENS, ultrasound, arthritis programs, hand injury, hip fracture and total hip replacement, soft tissue injuries, knee injuries and total knee replacement, above and below knee prosthetics, dynamic and static splints, upper extremity prosthetics.
• Additional Information: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation; occasional travel within a maximum radius of 50+ miles. The facility requires primary series COVID-19 vaccination plus one booster and Oasis certification. Experience with Electronic Practice Management Systems (EPIC/Oasis) is required.
