Physical Therapist - Full Time

Physical Therapist Position

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with an outpatient clinic in Federal Way, WA. Student Repayment up to $25k; Clinician Incentive Plan; and potential Sign on Bonus. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports settings preferred.
• Ability to deliver evidence-based, progressive exercise-driven care and adhere to risk-stratified protocols.
• Comfort with productivity expectations based on optimal dosage models (45–60 minute sessions).
• Willingness to use clinical productivity and efficiency tools such as electronic documentation platforms and practice support systems.
• New graduates (0–3 years) and experienced clinicians (3+ years) are encouraged to apply.
