Senior Lifecycle Architect - Email & CRM Automation

Darkroom is seeking a deeply technical Senior Retention Specialist to own the CRM build for a high-growth consumer technology client. You will architect and implement flows, automations, and segmentation while owning the channel KPIs that determine inbox delivery. You will work in an enterprise-grade ESP (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Customer.io) and scale programs from 20k to 40–60 emails per month, building journeys from lead capture to win-back with a focus on loyalty and #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply
