Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote best practices and improve patient outcomes Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines Requirements Must be a Licensed Nurse in Florida or Compact Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Familiarity working with elderly population Proficiency in English Maintains First Aid and CPR certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
