Job Summary:
Home Healthcare Physical Therapy Assistant position in Rancho Cordova, California. This role involves providing outpatient home health services to a diverse patient population within the greater Sacramento area. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in treating cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric diagnoses; familiarity with home health settings; ability to see approximately 5-6 patients per day
• Additional Information:
  • Candidates must submit two supervisory references from modality submitting to (charge accepted) at submittal; one within the past 12 months and one within the past 3 years.
  • Candidates cannot have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any facility associated with the organization within the past year, but PRN outside employment may be considered.
  • Mileage is billable according to GSA guidelines, with documentation required for reimbursement.
  • The assignment offers guaranteed hours.
  • The position involves visiting multiple patients in their homes within the Sacramento County area, treating various diagnoses.
