Sales Consultant

Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable, professional, and responsive service. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-up and ongoing communication. Identify customer equipment needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions. Generate and develop leads through customer outreach, networking, referrals, self‑marketing, self‑marketing, self‑marketing. Manage customer appointments, inquiries, quotes, and sales opportunities in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales activity records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Prepare and complete all sales documentation and contracts accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Develop a thorough understanding of available inventory, product specifications, financing options, and industry trends. Coordinate with operations, service, transportation, finance, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Assist in maintaining a professional appearance of equipment inventory and sales areas. Actively support and promote the company’s mission, vision, and core values in all interactions. Requirements Previous sales experience preferred; experience in heavy equipment, truck, machinery, construction, agricultural, or transportation industries is a plus. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
