Family Nurse Practitioner / Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner

This is an opportunity for an FNP or AGNP who wants meaningful patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and the ability to take ownership of their practice. You'll provide primary care to older adults living in memory care, assisted living, and independent living communities throughout Bullhead City.

Your day will center on managing the full spectrum of geriatric primary carefrom chronic disease and preventive care to acute concerns, medication management, and follow-up visits. Many patients are medically complex, requiring strong clinical judgment, patience, and the ability to balance multiple conditions while keeping quality of life and independence at the center of the care plan.

You'll work with a high level of independence while maintaining access to physician support when needed. You'll also collaborate closely with facility staff, nurses, therapists, specialists, patients, and families to coordinate care and address changes in health before they become larger problems.

For the right provider, this role offers the independence and ownership of building a patient panel and practice style without the administrative burden of owning a private practice.
