Parts Administrator

Truck Country is looking for a Parts Administrator & Warranty Core Processor to support our parts operations by managing fleet orders, processing warranty cores, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service every step of the way.

What You'll Do

• Process fleet parts orders received by phone, email, and online systems
• Coordinate direct shipments, returns, and warranty core processing
• Work closely with the Warranty Department to ensure timely and accurate core returns
• Support route customers with warranty and core credit processing
• Assist with incoming parts, inventory support, and daily department operations
• Build strong relationships with fleet customers and internal teams
• Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a willingness to learn and cross-train
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly (100 pounds occasionally)
