Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions to licensed nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to safety protocols and infection control measures

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
