Senior Payroll Manager

Owning end-to-end payroll delivery for the United States and Canada, the full-time Senior Payroll Manager will manage a team of payroll professionals, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations while driving continuous improvement and serving as the primary escalation point for payroll discrepancies. Key responsibilities Oversee the full payroll cycle for US and Canadian employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance Manage payroll technology systems, including Workday Payroll and ADP Smart Compliance, to enhance operational efficiency Lead and develop a team of payroll professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and accuracy Required qualifications 8+ years of hands-on payroll experience in the US and Canada, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Deep knowledge of US multi-state payroll tax compliance and Canadian payroll regulations Experience managing RSU and equity payroll processes from vesting to reconciliation Strong command of payroll reconciliation and general ledger mapping CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or equivalent certification preferred
