Position Overview

Southwest Breast & Aesthetics is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our clinical team. The CMA plays a key role in supporting our surgeons and providers, ensuring patients receive outstanding care throughout their consultation, treatment, and recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical history, and medications
• Assist physicians during patient consultations and in-office procedures
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure all instruments and supplies are ready for procedures
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient education and instructions
• Assist with documentation in the EMR system
• Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient patient flow
• Manage clinical supplies and maintain clean, organized exam rooms
• Support patient follow-ups and assist with care coordination when needed
• Deliver an exceptional and compassionate patient experience

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credenital preferred 
• 2+ years of clinical medical assisting experience preferred
• Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or surgical specialties is a plus
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $23–$25 per hour
