We're always seeking exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable individuals to join our team.What you get to do:Drive revenue growth by leading the Revenue Management team in strategic and promotional pricing, planning and forecasting and revenue management for admissions products and other revenue opportunities. Provide overall vision and direction for key Revenue Management integrated initiatives across SeaWorld & Aquatica San Antonio. You will:Lead a site focused revenue management team in proposing, coordinating and assessing discrete and annual admission productDefine pricing for all customer segments and sales channels pushing towards an optimizationLead organizational and cultural change efforts to constantly infuse new, innovative concepts, business practices and technologies into the businessPlan effectively within the revenue management function and integrate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and OperationsDevelop strategic pricing initiatives and help train the marketing and e-commerce sales teams to implement coordinated promotional plansLead the revenue management division to drive revenue growth through the appropriate balance of volume and pricing strategies to meet or exceed company’s financial revenue targetsEnsure that the Senior Leadership Team is kept up to date on accurate revenue and pricing strategies, as well as product and promotion performanceManage key stakeholders to ensure alignment across each of line of business for revenue strategies and pricing decisionsCollaborate with key business partners to define annual promotion calendar and identify promotional key success indicatorsLeverage data analytics and segmentation to identify new product and pricing opportunities for incremental revenue and design and implement tests to validatePerform other duties as assignedWhat is takes to succeed:Advanced degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or other relevant degreeRevenue management experience in the cruise, lodging, theme park, airline, or similar industryExperience in leading and developing multiple direct reportsPractice with driving efficiency processes and streamlining corporate reportingProven analytical capacity and ability to distill complex information for executive leadershipProficient in Excel and other advanced analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Power BI, SAS, Python, R, etc.)Strong written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated project management and organizational skillsThe perks of the position:Paid Time OffComplimentary Park Tickets and PassesPark Discounts on Food and MerchandiseMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401K Retirement planVoluntary InsuranceLife InsuranceDisability BenefitsTuition ReimbursementDependent and Health Care Flexible Spending AccountsEmployee Assistance ProgramLegal Assistance PlanEEO Employer:SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
