Civil Quality Inspector - Utility-Scale Solar Project

Position Overview

EOSOL Group is seeking an experienced Civil Quality Inspector to support the construction of a utility-scale solar project.

The selected candidate will oversee civil quality inspections related to earthworks, grading, drainage systems, access roads, foundations, and concrete activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Perform inspections of grading, earthworks, roads, drainage, and foundations.
Verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Review quality documentation and inspection records.
Monitor testing activities and quality procedures.
Generate daily quality reports and field documentation.
Track punch list items and corrective actions.
Coordinate with construction and QA/QC teams.

Requirements:

Qualifications

3+ years of civil quality inspection experience.
Utility-scale solar experience preferred.
Ability to read civil drawings and technical specifications.
Advanced English required.
U.S. Work Authorization or TN Visa.
