National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of Pastry Helpers to work at our location in Des Plaines, IL 60018. Job responsibilities

• Assisted the pastry production team, chefs, and cooks in preparing and mixing pastry products.
• Work in different stations such as fruit cutting station, economy packing station, juice station, basket station, assembling and plating food, etc.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
• Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.

Workdays: Monday - Sunday, with 2 days off during the week. (Weekly schedule will be assigned by the supervisor). Available shifts: 5:00 am 1:30 pm. 6:00 am 2:30 pm. 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Pay rate: $17.50 per hour Bi-weekly pay Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this role.
• Own transportation to get to and from work.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the US.
• Must have experience working in a kitchen or manufacturing site.
• A background check and drug test will be conducted.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
