As a Manager you are to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.Responsibilities- Expertise in ERP Automation testing combined with Quality Engineering- Lead teams and manage client accounts with strategic planning- Advocate and uphold quality assurance standards and practices- Mentor and develop junior staff to enhance their skills- Assure project success and uphold top standards- Motivate and inspire team members to deliver quality work- Leverage team strengths to meet client expectations- Identify opportunities to enhance business success- Embrace technology and innovation to improve deliveryWhat You Must Have- Bachelor's Degree- 5 years of experience- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of collegeWhat Sets You Apart- ISTQB, CSQA/CSQE or equivalent certifications- Consulting experience working in a Big 4 or major consulting firmAdvocating and upholding quality assurance standards- Participating in reviews of user stories- Working closely with Product Managers and Solution Architects- Authoring Agile test plans and requirements traceability- Displaying proficiency in tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps- Offering UAT support and maintaining QA environments- Conducting regular reviews of quality assurance metrics- Collaborating with DevOps engineering teamTravel RequirementsUp to 60%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
