Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 annually

About the Opportunity

We are a growing, independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead one of our high-volume locations in Northern Florida. The ideal candidate will take the helm at either our Lake City or Macclenny restaurant, both of which are high-performing units generating $3.3M to $3.5M in annual sales. If you are passionate about building great teams, driving profitability, and delivering the gold standard in quick-service hospitality, we want you on our team.

What You Will Do

• Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a $3.3M+ high-volume restaurant, ensuring strict adherence to McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• P&L Management: Control food costs, labor costs, and operational expenses to maximize profitability and meet financial targets.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of shift managers and crew members. Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and teamwork.
• Customer Experience: Lead by example on the floor to ensure rapid speed-of-service, order accuracy, and exceptional guest satisfaction during all dayparts.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain elite health, safety, and sanitation protocols in accordance with local health department regulations and brand standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years of General Management experience in a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Fast Food environment. (Previous McDonald's management experience is a massive plus).
• Financial Acumen: Proven track record of successfully managing a P&L, controlling inventory, and optimizing labor matrices.
• High-Volume Capability: Comfortability and confidence running a $3M+ annual sales volume operation.
• Leadership Skills: A hands-on leader who is not afraid to jump on the line, mentor staff, and drive throughput during peak rushes.
• Certifications: Active ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification is preferred.
