Accounting Specialist

Accounting SpecialistWe are looking for a versatile Accounting Specialist to support a variety of general accounting tasks including AP, AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to process improvements.Responsibilities:Support AP/AR processing, billing, and payment activitiesPrepare and post journal entriesPerform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracyAssist with month-end and year-end close tasksSupport financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirementsMaintain accurate accounting records and documentationIdentify efficiency opportunities within accounting workflowsQualifications:2+ years of accounting experience across AP/AR/general accountingWorking knowledge of GAAPExperience with ERP or accounting software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.)Intermediate Excel skillsExcellent accuracy, organization, and communication skillsPay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
