LPC/LCSW (CBT-I Specialist) - Remote position!
Location: Remote (Telemedicine), In-Office, or Hybrid Options Available
Status: Full-Time or Part-Time (Highly flexible, 10 to 40 hours per week)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of direct Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) experience.
Licensure: Active Texas state license as an LPC or LCSW is strictly required.
Job duties:Provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to patients experiencing chronic sleep disorders.
Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver care through both telemedicine and in-office appointments.
Collaborate closely with our physicians and sleep specialists to provide coordinated patient care.
Educate and empower patients with evidence-based strategies to improve sleep health.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited institution.
Active Texas license as an LPC or LCSW .
Minimum 3 years of CBT-I experience .
Experience providing care through telemedicine and in-office visits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
