What You’ll Do

As a Charity Event Assistant, you will represent nonprofit campaigns at live events and help connect community members with causes that matter.

Responsibilities include:

• Represent nonprofit organizations at charity events, retail activations, and community outreach events
• Engage with attendees, customers, and members of the local community
• Introduce people to nonprofit campaigns and fundraising initiatives
• Provide friendly, informative presentations about featured charitable causes
• Assist with event registration, promotional activities, and campaign outreach
• Encourage community participation and support for nonprofit programs
• Help create positive experiences for donors, supporters, and event attendees
• Assist with event setup, promotional materials, and breakdown
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about nonprofit campaigns
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Work closely with experienced team members to learn event marketing and fundraising techniques
