NOW HIRING – MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76104
Pay: $19.00/hr
Industry: Manufacturing

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. This position will support daily production operations while ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and facility equipment.

• Perform emergency and unscheduled repairs during production.

• Complete scheduled maintenance and machine repairs.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facility systems.

• Use hand tools and mechanical equipment to perform repairs.

• Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1–3 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred.

• Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial maintenance skills.

• Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Manual dexterity and ability to safely use hand tools.

• Ability to stand, crouch, climb ladders, and perform physical maintenance work.

• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

• $19.00/hour
