Proposal Coordinator

Are you a highly organized marketing professional who enjoys managing deadlines, coordinating proposals, and supporting business development efforts? We're partnering with a well-established professional services firm seeking a Proposal Coordinator to play a key role in proposal development, marketing initiatives, and company growth. This position is ideal for someone with experience in proposal coordination, marketing communications, or business development support who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Coordinate proposal pursuits from opportunity identification through final submission Review RFPs, RFQs, and qualification requests to identify requirements and deadlines Develop proposal schedules and manage internal milestones Work closely with technical teams to gather resumes, project descriptions, and supporting content Create, edit, format, and produce professional proposals and presentations using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Maintain proposal templates, project profiles, resumes, and marketing resources Support interview presentations and business development materials Track proposal activity and pursuit performance Maintain marketing collateral, project sheets, and presentation materials Assist with website updates, event coordination, and special marketing initiatives What We're Looking For 2-5 years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, communications, or a related field Experience within architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or professional services is preferred Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset Experience with CRM or project management platforms is a plus Why Join?
