This is a structured two-site Nassau County position—not an open-ended float role across all True Health NY locations. The successful physician will provide comprehensive outpatient prenatal and gynecologic care, build and maintain stable patient panels, perform common office procedures and ensure timely follow-through on results, referrals and patient concerns. Both Nassau County clinics provide integrated access to OB/GYN, women’s-health clinicians, ultrasound, diagnostic services and centralized administrative support. This position is primarily outpatient. Routine labor-and-delivery call is not required under the current position structure. The physician will coordinate obstetric care with True Health NY’s separately established laborist and hospital coverage model through written clinical handoff protocols. Candidates interested in an expanded role involving hospital privileges, deliveries, gynecologic surgery or additional obstetric responsibilities may discuss that scope separately.Work Locations The physician will work at: Great Neck Clinic833 Northern Boulevard, Suite 100Great Neck, New York 11021 Williston Park Clinic2 Hillside Avenue, Suite GWilliston Park, New York 11596 The expected starting schedule will generally include three clinical days at one Nassau County clinic and two clinical days at the other. Avoid unnecessary movement of established patients between locations. Support continuity by scheduling follow-up visits at the patient’s preferred or usual clinic whenever practical. Complete all clinical tasks regardless of which Nassau clinic generated the encounter. Maintain one integrated electronic inbox and results workflow. Coordinate cross-coverage with the Nassau County physician and advanced-practice team. Communicate schedule changes in advance.
