Pay: $38 per hour

Contract: 13-week assignment

Start: February

Schedule: Thursday-Saturday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We're seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a respected rehabilitation facility in Wilsonville, OR . This 13-week contract offers excellent pay, consistent hours, and a positive clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting
Administer medications and treatments per care plans
Monitor patient status and report changes
Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and interdisciplinary staff
Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

Active Oregon LPN license
Rehab or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable and professional
