Client Service Specialist

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Full-Time Client Services Specialist to join our growing team at our Hamilton, NJ office. This position offers a schedule of Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:30PM. The Client Services Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Logistics Department by ensuring accurate data management, coordinating operational activities, and providing exceptional service to internal and external customers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of remaining calm and focused when handling unexpected challenges. Responsibilities: Utilize various software applications and operational data to support the daily functions of the Logistics Department. Accurately update and maintain system information to ensure efficient route planning and optimal operational performance. Serve as a resource and backup support for the overseas operations team. Collaborate closely with department management and staff to ensure all client service needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Identify, communicate, and elevate operational issues to management as they arise. Perform duties effectively both independently and as part of a team. Maintain a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and customer service in all interactions. Perform other job-related duties as required Qualifications: Proficiency with PC-based applications and systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet applications. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to utilize Google Maps effectively. Professional, positive, and customer-focused demeanor. Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time-management abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent required. Availability to work an occasional Saturday, if the need arises. Workplace Conditions: Workplace Environment Conditions Office environment Noise level is mild to moderate.
