Candidates must work without sponsorship.

Project Description: Client is preparing to reduce its email management timeframe from indefinite retention to a gradually reducing timescale starting on January 1, 2025. Already employed personnel will be only able to keep the last 7 years of email, and new hires will only be able to retain their emails for 1 year starting at this time. Additionally, personnel will not be able to access their PSTs or add to their PSTs at that time. Every 6 months after that, we will reduce retention by 1 year through to Jan 2028, where everyone will be only able to retain 1 year of email.

Need Statement: We need 1-2 business analysts to help work with our business users to understand how they use email today to capture official business and rework processes and leverage existing client tools to support the capture of those records/artifacts tomorrow.
