We are seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be operating forklifts and clamp equipment to handle materials, but you will also support general warehouse functions as needed.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Fork Lift Operations: Safely operate gasoline- or electric-powered forklifts, clamp trucks, and tractors to transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas.
Receiving & Shipping: Receive products via railcar and truckload. Load materials into outbound trailers and perform required trailer inspections.
Order Picking & Staging: Efficiently pick orders, stage materials, and prepare them for transport or delivery.
Inventory Control: Scan products into and out of the Abecas system using barcode scanners. Accurately record and submit product locations and inventory changes to maintain 100% inventory integrity.
Manual Warehouse Support: Manually or mechanically load/unload materials using carts, handtrucks, or hoists when required.
Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe work environment. Perform daily building checklists and routine cleaning/maintenance on forklift and clamp equipment.
Documentation: Complete and submit all required paperwork, work orders, and logs to the office for processing.

Job Requirements
Experience: Previous experience operating forklifts, clamp equipment, or heavy machinery preferred.
Certification: An active Forklift Operating Certificate is highly preferred (we will recertify onsite if your certificate is expired). Please bring a copy of your active certification if you have one.
Gear: Must own and wear Steel-Toed Shoes .
Skills: Ability to read/scan incoming materials, follow strict SOPs, and utilize digital barcoding systems.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials manually when required, and sit/drive for extended periods.
