This role will play a key part in advancing that transformation by leading projects that modernize financial operations and enable data-driven decision-making.WHAT YOU’LL WORK ONResponsibilities: Execute global finance automation and process improvement projects. Partner with finance, accounting, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains across global processes.Drive adoption/introduction of Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Power Apps) to the Nutrition finance organization.Leverage SQL and data querying capabilities to support data validation, reporting, and automation initiatives.Accountable for training, user adoption, and ongoing support activities associated with enterprise system integration and business transformation initiative.Support data infrastructure initiatives, including working with modern platforms such as Databricks to enable scalable and efficient data processing.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the finance organization.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU’LL BRINGRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within finance, transformation, or technology-driven environmentsTransformative and vision-driven mindset, willing to challenge the status-quo.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detailSignificant experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps)Experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validationAbility to engage stakeholders across multiple levels and geographiesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred:Experience with Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms.Familiarity with finance processes (FP&A, accounting, reporting, or forecast processes)WHAT WE OFFER At Abbott, you can have a good job that can grow into a great career.
