Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $26.00 - $32.00 (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Perform waived laboratory tests at a mobile or remote setting, including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and molecular testing
• Receive and process specimens, ensuring accurate logging and specimen integrity
• Monitor and maintain laboratory instruments and reagents
• Conduct quality control tests, troubleshoot instrument or computer issues
• Perform specimen collection, including venipuncture and capillary draws
• Enter test results into lab information systems and verify abnormal results
• Ensure compliance with safety and documentation standards
• Drive to client locations and operate mobile lab van as needed
• Assist in maintaining inventory and proper documentation of supplies
• Maintain safety protocols to handle biological and hazardous materials

What You Need:

• Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist
• One or more years of laboratory testing experience
• Ability to perform venipuncture and specimen processing
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a van (must pick up and return van each shift)
• Good communication skills and adaptability in a mobile environment
