Tier 2 Help Desk Technician

Requirements 2 or more years of experience in workstation hardware installation and technical support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 or above operating systems. Experience with advanced troubleshooting of PC hardware, firmware, and peripherals. Experience in local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) environments. Experience with Service Desk ticketing systems and call tracking databases. Experience with Audio Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing (VC) equipment setup. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities Provide Tier 2 technical support and take ownership of complex service issues. Restore technical services by diagnosing hardware and software faults using established processes. Perform root cause analysis and develop documentation for recurring technical problems. Install, configure, and monitor workstation systems and specialized software applications. Support IT hardware devices including networked printers, smartphones, and mobile equipment. Manage and resolve support tickets within the Service Desk queue accurately and timely. Coordinate service calls and equipment repairs for both warranty and non-warranty items.
