The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, client-facing Enterprise Architect to lead digital transformation engagements across Adobe Experience Cloud and the client's broader technology ecosystem.

This individual will assess existing environments, define future-state architecture and modernization roadmaps, and advise senior stakeholders on how content, customer data, analytics, personalization and activation should work together.

The ideal candidate combines enterprise architecture, consulting leadership and proven delivery experience. Candidates should demonstrate specific projects, architecture decisions they personally owned and the business outcomes their work supported.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with business, marketing, creative, data and technology stakeholders.
• Assess existing platforms, integrations, content workflows and organizational capabilities.
• Define current-state, future-state and transition architectures aligned with business priorities.
• Develop phased modernization roadmaps, including dependencies, risks and implementation sequencing.
• Design integrations across Adobe platforms and enterprise systems, including CRM, commerce, identity, cloud and data platforms.
• Architect content supply chain workflows connecting planning, creation, review, approval, asset management, publishing and measurement.
• Establish architecture standards and governance for content, metadata, permissions, rights, customer data, privacy and consent.
• Evaluate solution options, explain tradeoffs and guide senior stakeholders toward clear decisions.
• Provide architectural direction to solution architects, engineering teams and delivery leaders throughout implementation.
• Support presales discovery, proposals, solution scoping and estimates.
• Mentor team members and contribute reusable architecture patterns and delivery practices.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior-level experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, digital transformation or technology consulting.
• Direct client consulting experience, including leading discovery and presenting recommendations to senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Proven architecture and delivery experience across multiple Adobe Experience Cloud products or comparable enterprise digital experience platforms.
• Relevant content platform or content supply chain experience involving solutions such as AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Adobe Workfront, Firefly or GenStudio.
• Experience designing integrations between content, customer data, analytics, personalization and activation platforms.
• Experience developing architecture roadmaps, evaluating alternatives and establishing governance.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud architecture, identity, security, privacy and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams from discovery through implementation and production launch.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to explain personal architecture ownership through specific client projects, industry use cases and delivery outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience architecting integrated solutions across three or more Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Hands-on Workfront-to-AEM Assets integration or creative workflow automation experience.
• Experience implementing Firefly or GenStudio capabilities within governed enterprise content workflows.
• Adobe certifications relevant to architecture or Experience Cloud platforms.
• Consulting, systems integration or digital agency background.
• Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, estimates and account growth.
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience addressing industry-specific requirements, including regulated environments.
