Physical Therapist - PT

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a senior living community, providing comprehensive physical therapy services. Responsibilities Include Conducting assessments to evaluate patients' conditions and needs. Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises and interventions. Educating patients and families on exercise techniques, posture, and condition management. Maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. Performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Current, valid state PT licensure or certification. Preferred CPR certification. Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. 0-1 years of experience. Skills And Attributes Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
