Locums Internal Medicine Physician in Berwyn, Illinois - No Call

Provide outpatient primary care for a Medicare-focused patient population with a weekday schedule and no call. This assignment offers a structured clinic environment with dedicated clinical support and an efficient path to getting started.

Highlights

No call responsibilities
Fast credentialing
Monday through Friday outpatient schedule
Medical Assistant scribe support with clinic Registered Nurse support

Practice & Cases

Outpatient preventive care and traditional primary care
Medicare-focused patient panel, primarily adults age 65 and older
Manage diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, and mild cognitive impairment
Average of 16 to 18 patients per day

Schedule

Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Weekday-only coverage
No procedures required

Requirements

Must be an MD or DO
Active Illinois license required
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
DEA required

Logistics

Mileage reimbursement provided
Lodging, airfare, and rental car are not provided
