The Mizrahi Family Torah Academy serving the South Florida communities ranging from North Miami Beach to Hollywood and Boca Raton, is seeking a dynamic and inspiring 8th Grade Rebbe and Director of Student Life for the 2025–2026 school year. Great opportunity for training in administration for an experienced rebbe! P/T option available for a rebbe starting in chinuch as well with the right personality and skill set.

Position Overview:

• As 8th Grade Rebbe, you will serve as a Rebbe, role model, and guide for our graduating class of talmidim. This key role combines meaningful learning with leadership development, preparing students for success in high school and life. We are looking for a Rebbe who connects deeply with students, fosters a love of Torah and mitzvos, promotes strong middos and personal growth, and prepares them with learning and skills for life.

• As Director of Student Life, you will work with all students, focusing on each talmid as an individual, guiding his growth in middos and conduct, helping him navigate challenges, and providing personal mentorship that strengthens his commitment to Torah and avodas Hashem. You will cultivate a positive and engaging school environment by overseeing programs, activities, and initiatives that support students’ ruchniyus, social, and personal growth.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience working with middle school age boys

• Strong Torah knowledge and ability to convey complex ideas at age-appropriate levels

• Excellent classroom management, leadership and communication skills

• Passion for chinuch and inspiring the next generation

• Ability to create engaging and creative lessons that promote meaningful learning, skill building, critical thinking and connection to Torah

• Love for Talmidim and the ability to connect with boys from varying backgrounds
