As we continue to expand our clinical offerings and remotely managed care services, we are seeking fitness‑conscious, wellness‑oriented Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our growing team. Our providers work in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment using proprietary treatment protocols designed to improve patients' quality of life. Position Overview As a Mid‑Level Provider, you will collaborate with a Physician Medical Director and Center Director to deliver comprehensive patient care through hormone replacement and targeted wellness programs, including: Hormone Replacement Therapy Weight Management Sleep Apnea Management Hypertension Management Low Libido Treatment You will also assist with clinic operations and support the overall success of your assigned location. This position is based in the San Antonio region , with providers working primarily out of our New Braunfels and Sonterra clinics . Occasional coverage at other San Antonio‑area locations may be required based on business needs.
