About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Surgical Services – New Mexico

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico

Compensation: $85/hour

Schedule: Days - 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, four 10-hour rotating shifts per week. Weekend requirement: two 12-hour call shifts per month (Saturday/Sunday = 1 weekend). On-call requirement: one night call per week.

• Full-time Registered Nurse position within Surgical Services
• Rotating 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule providing work-life balance
• EPIC electronic medical record system utilized
• Floating within surgical services required to support team needs
• Comprehensive patient care across the surgical care continuum

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• Current BLS certification via American Heart Association required
• Current ACLS certification via American Heart Association required
• Current PALS certification via American Heart Association required
• Current knowledge and skills appropriate to age and type of patient population served
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
