Core Responsibilities

As a key member of our patient care team, your core responsibilities will include:

• Performing prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), and periodontal maintenance with precision and care
• Conducting comprehensive periodontal charting and full-mouth radiographs
• Delivering thorough patient education on oral hygiene techniques and home care best practices
• Collaborating with the dentist and clinical team on treatment planning to support optimal patient outcomes
• Building lasting relationships with patients through attentive, compassionate chairside care

We are an independent private practice with a team of 12 in 2 locations. Our office is equipped with modern technology including Dentrix and Dexis, allowing our hygienists to deliver the highest standard of care. Requirements

• Active state RDH license (or eligibility upon graduation) required
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• X-ray certification required; local anesthesia permit a plus
• New graduates are encouraged to apply — no prior clinical experience beyond accredited hygiene program required
• Strong patient communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care
