Skills & Experience Sought:

• Active, unrestricted LPN license
• Experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents in an educational setting
• Practical knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques and strategies
• Ability to implement individualized care and behavior plans
• Excellent communication skills to interact with students, staff, and families
• Dedication to fostering a positive, supportive environment for learners of diverse backgrounds

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct patient care and healthcare support to students as needed
• Utilize ABA principles in daily routines, providing support to students with behavioral or developmental challenges
• Collaborate with educators and behavioral specialists to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
• Maintain thorough records of observations, interventions, and students’ progress
• Offer compassionate support to students, encouraging positive behaviors and independence
• Communicate proactively with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student care and progress
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality standards set by the school and relevant authorities
