NSPCC is looking for a People Advisor to join the People Operations Team in a hybrid role between your home and our Leeds city centre office. You will provide high quality, customer‑focused HR advice on NSPCC policies in line with UK employment legislation. As part of a four‑person team, you will coach managers in employee relations, respond to a wide range of queries, and empower leaders to make effective people decisions while maintaining accurate HR records and supporting monthly payroll #J-18808-Ljbffr NSPCC
