As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Henderson, NV
• Set schedule: 36-hour work week.
• Shift 1: Swing: 2pm to 10pm: Tuesday to Saturday.
• Shift 2: Shift hours Vary. To be discussed during the interview: Saturday to Tuesday.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You greet residents and their guests with a friendly demeanor verifying their identity and ensuring proper access to the community.
• You are controlling access to the community by monitoring the entrance and exit points.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You regularly inspect and maintain all security equipment, including cameras and access control systems, ensuring they are in working order.
• You build positive relationships with residents and address any security concerns they may have providing information and support as needed.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You document and report any unusual activities or incidents to site management and the appropriate authorities and communicate with the Homeowners Association regarding emergencies or safety concerns.
• You excel in reading and writing detailed reports.
• You keep accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor information to ensure a clear record of events for security purposes.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• You may be asked to patrol the property by foot and by car in a safe manner.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• You're able to pass a Physical Agility Test consisting of Pushups, sit-ups, and chin-ups.
• You have a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) in hand, or college degree.
• If you have Military, or Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You can stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time, and can work in the elements.
• You have at least 1 year of working in a high-end HOA environment.
• You have excellent people skills.
• You can multitask and work well under pressure.
• You excel in using computers, laptops, communication devices, and other electronic tools.
• You have a valid PILB in hand.
• You have a valid Driver's License.
• You have superior work ethic!
