You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. This position is 100% outpatient and focuses on one-on-one care, allowing you to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and see measurable patient progress. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA state license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred. Client prefers clinicians comfortable providing one-on-one treatment rather than group or concurrent treatments.
• Must be able to manage a patient census typically around eight one-on-one visits per day.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in specialty outpatient programs or with populations common to outpatient clinics.
• Familiarity with documentation systems used in outpatient therapy environments.

Assignment Details

• 100% outpatient clinical setting providing individualized one-on-one care.
• Therapists typically treat approximately eight patients per day.
• Candidates may be expected to support sites within the same regional area as requested by the client (floating to other regional locations possible).
