Since opening the agency in 2018, we've built a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and helping our community protect what matters most. My State Farm career began in 2011, working in an agent's office before becoming an Agency Field Specialist. Opening my own agency in the town where I grew up was a natural next step and an opportunity to serve the community that helped shape me.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tina Biscan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
