Engineering Technician

We are seeking a motivated Electronics Test Technician to support the setup, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of electronic circuit boards, devices, and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate with foundational electronics knowledge who is eager to develop practical testing and troubleshooting skills in a hands-on technical environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and perform basic testing on electronic circuit boards, devices, and systems. Handle printed circuit boards in accordance with ESD requirements. Follow electronic schematics, assembly drawings, PCB layouts, and written or verbal instructions. Use oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters, multimeters, and other standard electronics laboratory equipment. Assist with identifying and troubleshooting electronic issues. Accurately document test procedures, observations, and results. Support the preparation of basic test plans and reports. Follow established testing, safety, and quality procedures. Communicate progress, concerns, and technical issues to team members. Organize assigned tasks and work independently with appropriate guidance. Required Qualifications Basic understanding of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Knowledge of ESD requirements and proper handling procedures. Foundational knowledge of electronics and electronic components. Experience performing or supporting electronics testing. Ability to accurately document test results. Ability to follow schematics, technical drawings, and instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and collaborate with other team members. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters, or multimeters. Exposure to electronic troubleshooting or repair. Experience gained through technical education, laboratory work, internships, personal projects, or an entry-level electronics position.
