Salesforce Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support commercial business processes and enterprise applications across Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Finance, and IT. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, supporting Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems while driving process improvements and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Support Salesforce administration, user support, reporting, and system enhancements. Partner with Sales, RGM, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and improve business processes. Support integrated enterprise applications, including Salesforce, SAP, data warehouses, and reporting platforms. Analyze and troubleshoot data flows between systems to ensure data accuracy and process effectiveness. Develop and support reporting solutions, including Power BI dashboards and analytics. Ensure compliance with SOX controls and application governance standards. Participate in application implementations, testing, upgrades, and enhancement projects. Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven process improvements. Qualifications 3+ years of Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or related experience supporting enterprise applications. Hands-on Salesforce administration, support, or business systems experience. Experience supporting commercial business functions within Sales, Finance, or RGM environments. Knowledge of enterprise application integrations, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and reporting platforms. Experience with Power BI; SQL experience is a plus. Comfortable supporting applications hosted on Windows servers; MobileFrame experience is a plus. Understanding of SOX controls and regulated enterprise environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across business and IT teams. Project management, AI, and automation experience are highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
