We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment and create a positive, engaging candidate experience. This position will recruit for CNA, PSS, DSP, BHP, TCM, and administrative positions .

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Build candidate relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, community events, and professional networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate activity in the ATS.
• Complete pre-employment requirements, including references and background checks.
• Coordinate internal transfers, offers, and new employee orientation.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and meet established recruitment metrics.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience , preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and candidate selection.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws related to hiring and recruitment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively.
• Healthcare recruiting experience and an associate degree or HR/recruiting certification are preferred.

Work Environment: Primarily office-based, with travel to other Andwell locations as needed. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform occasional standing, walking, stairs, kneeling, and squatting required.
