Junior Paralegal

Our client, a leading organization in the educationsector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Paralegal to join their team. As a Jr. Paralegal, you will be an integral part of the Litigation Department supporting legal professionals in managing complex case documentation and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have a paralegal certification and 4-5 years oflitigation, eDiscovery, and/or employment law, demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and meticulous attention to detail, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Jr . Paralegal Pay Range: $31-$43per hour Duration: 10 months Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday(1 - 2 days per week in office) What's the Job? Review and redact records to respond to public records requests and subpoenas efficiently and accurately. Develop and maintain detailed tracking charts, including document dates, custodians of records, and case attorneys. Organize large-scale document productions to facilitate review and reporting on case statuses. Communicate with clients to gather relevant records and provide updates on case progress. Utilize Adobe Acrobat for Bates numbering, redactions, and electronic document organization. What's Needed? Paralegal Certification Minimum of 4-5 years of direct experience in a firm performing litigation, eDiscovery, and/or employment law Strong knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, including Bates numbering and redaction techniques. Excellent organizational and analytical skills to manage complex case files and documentation. Proactive communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams. Ability to follow detailed instructions carefully and execute tasks accurately. Experience handling legal records, subpoenas, and evidence preservation processes is preferred but not mandatory.
