Part-Time Lawn Fertilizing Technician (Licensed)
WeedX Fertilizing (A Division of Procare Property Services) WeedX Fertilizing is growing, and were looking for an experienced, licensed Lawn Care Technician to join our team part-time.

We are seeking a part-time technician with 5+ years of experience in lawn care and pest control applications. This role includes treating residential and commercial properties with a focus on results, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Apply liquid and granular fertilizers for turf health
- Perform weed control applications (pre/post-emergent)
- Provide tree & shrub care treatments
- Conduct perimeter pest control applications
- Perform mosquito and tick control services
- Diagnose lawn issues and recommend solutions
- Maintain accurate service records
- Ensure safe handling and application of all products
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Valid Pesticide Applicator License (PA) REQUIRED
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in lawn fertilization & pest control
- Strong knowledge of turf, weeds, insects, and treatment methods
- Ability to operate spray equipment and maintain it properly
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
