Overview:

Xerox Corporation is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our Germantown, WI Distribution Center. As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. This is a full-time opportunity with daytime hours with occasional overtime.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in receiving and shipping of Xerox products, equipment and various goods
• Load and unload vehicles
• Prepare equipment for shipment and delivery
• Check all orders for accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• May assist drivers with deliveries and interact with customers as needed
• Assist with inventory as needed

What You Need to Succeed:

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience is preferred
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using smartphone, tablet and/or laptop
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet

Physical Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and regularly lift 50-70 pounds
• Able to safely maneuver oversized and overweight equipment
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate-controlled
