Valley Baptist Physician Network is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join an established practice at Valley Baptist Medical Center - Harlingen. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an existing practice with strong clinical support and mentorship, serving a rapidly growing community. The role offers flexibility in inpatient/outpatient mix and the chance to participate in clinical research and teaching.

Practice Info

Employed position with Valley Baptist Physician Network
Established practice with strong referral base
Dedicated support staff including medical assistants, front desk staff, and clinic manager
Opportunity to participate in clinical research and teaching through the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley

Compensation

Guaranteed base salary with productivity bonus
Billing, coding, and collections handled in-house
Relocation assistance available

Shift & Schedule

Clinic Monday-Friday, 8-5
Call schedule determined in coordination with the group and hospital

Requirements

MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Eligible for Texas medical licensure
Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
