Lead Clinician Behavioral Health Addictions Team, Boston Area

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - A non-profit, multicultural, community health center (FQHC) that is the largest provider of primary care, behavioral health, eye care, and dental services in one of the most medically underserved communities in Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Clinician with Group Therapy experience to be a part of their addiction services team. The Behavioral Health Lead of Group Therapy for Addiction Services is responsible for the daily operation and coordination of group program services. Guide and develop group program operations consistent with the organization's treatment philosophies and ensure clients achieve optimal outcomes through the effective and efficient delivery of services.
Therapist will supervise other BH clinicians on team as well as provide leadership with respect to program development Lead Therapist will work closely with Director of Addiction Services in the development of team based work flows, team based care, quality improvement projects, and increasing access for our patients LMHC, LICSW or Ph.D Licensure Required. Three years post licensure practice experience preferred The Behavioral Health Lead of Addiction Group Program will report to the Director of Addiction Services and Team Lead to ensure the program remains progressive with research, aid in curriculum development, and ensures continuous quality improvement efforts are implemented Excellent Salary & Benefits package
